Coaching Staff
Our Coaching staff combined has over forty years of coaching, training and recruiting experience. We are well versed in many different coaching styles and philosophies that help players develop and compete at the highest level.

Director/Founder/Head Coach
Renee Saechao (Tzeo)
Coach Renee Saechao is a highly accomplished basketball coach and former standout player with extensive experience at the high school, junior college, and NCAA Division III levels. A decorated athlete from Reynolds High School (Oregon 6A), Coach Renee began her collegiate career at Northwest Nazarene University (NCAA Division II) before transferring to Clark College (JuCo) in Vancouver, WA, where she had a record-breaking freshman season. She then continued her collegiate career at Cornell College (NCAA Division III) from 2010 to 2012.

With over twelve years of coaching and training experience in premier AAU programs, Coach Renee has established herself as a respected leader and developer of talent. She has coached and trained over 100 Oregon prospects, guiding many to earn basketball scholarships across all collegiate levels—from National Junior Colleges to NCAA Division I programs.

Coach Renee has held key coaching roles including Varsity Lead Assistant at Aloha High School during their most successful season since 2014 and Assistant Varsity Coach at Cleveland High School for the 2023-2024 season. Known for her energetic and expert approach, she brings a deep understanding of the game, recruitment processes, and player development to every training session. Coach Renee is dedicated to putting her players’ best interests first, focusing on finding the right fit for each athlete’s skill level and long-term growth.

Coach/Program Defensive & Youth Coordinator
Lucas Fiorante
Coach Lucas is the current Head Varsity Girls Basketball at La Salle Prep in Milwaukie Oregon, where he graduated from in 2010. Prior to coaching at La Salle, he was the head JV Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach at 6A Cleveland High School in Portland, Oregon for seven seasons.
Coach Lucas is a defensive minded coach with a focus on skill development and technique. He believes that all individual skills need to have team success in mind, and that most lessons learned on the basketball court translate to life outside of the gym.

Assistant Trainer/Coach
Freddie Caoile
Coach Freddie is one of the most energetic and progressive coaches currently in youth basketball. He has over six years coaching and developing youth basketball players around the Portland/Metro community.
He has helped two different AAU programs develop their youth and middle school teams and has helped develop many college athletes in our program.
Coach Freddie's philosophy is to teach players to play harder than others, every play, every day. His goal is to provide quality coaching and basketball to the same community where he did not have the opportunity.

Strength/Speed/Agility Trainer and Coach
Logan Steelman
Coach Logan has spent the last seven years personal training various types of athletes and individuals who have goals to improve their overall health. He has guided his clients to reducing injuries, building strength, and improving athleticism.
With over seven health and fitness certifications, Coach Logan has continued educating himself to ensure he becomes a reliable coach and trainer. He transferred his skills into his passion for basketball, and his goal is to spread his knowledge to help youth athletes become strong and healthy players.

Assistant Trainer and Coach
Steven Nguyen
Coach Steven has years of experience coaching AAU on the youth boys side through different clubs and he is currently an assistant boys basketball coach at Benson High School.
Coach Steven is a young and energetic coach who brings energy and defensive intensity to our program.

Assistant Trainer and Coach
Jayme Dodrill
Coach Jayme comes from building and coaching Estacada youth sports. Coach Jayme ability to connect and challenge our players. As a former collegiate soccer player, Coach Jayme is teaching our players to compete at the highest level they can.
