Coaching Staff
Our Coaching staff combined has over forty years of coaching, training and recruiting experience. We are well versed in many different coaching styles and philosophies that help players develop and compete at the highest level.
Director/Founder/Head Coach
Renee Saechao (Tzeo)
Coach Renee is a decorated Oregon 6A high school and former college basketball player. She had signed to play at NCAA Division II Northwest Nazarene University, but decided to go play at a Junior College (JuCo), Clark College in Vancouver, WA from 2009-2010. After a successful record breaking freshman season, she went on to play at Cornell College 2010-2012 (NCAA DIII).
Coach Renee is an experienced club coach, elite trainer, and high school coach. She brings an unmatched energy, expertise, and teaching ability to her training sessions. Coach Renee has coached as a Varsity Lead Assistant at Aloha High School during their best season since 2014. She was the Assistant Varsity Coach at Cleveland High School during the 23-24 season.
Coach Renee has over twelve years experience head coaching and training with different premier AAU programs that had heavily recruited nationally ranked players. She has been proven successful as she has coached, trained, and helped with over 100 Oregon prospects in getting basketball scholarships from National Junior Colleges (JuCo) to NCAA Division I. Coach Renee puts her players best interest first and she will push to find the best fit for the player's skill level and growth at any level utilizing her wealth of playing and recruitment experience.

Administrator & Recruiting Coordinator
Poeko Waiwaiole
Coach Po is on his seventh year at the helm of Cleveland High School and his 25th year coaching high school basketball. Before taking over at Cleveland, he was a head coach for 14 years at four different high schools before taking over at Cleveland for the 2017-18 season. In his first six seasons at Cleveland, he led the Warriors to the OSAA playoffs four out of five possible seasons, including a an unprecedented trip to the Sweet 16 of the 2022 OSAA 6A Playoffs. He also has led Aloha High School, Forest Grove High School, Taft High School, and South Wasco County High School to the postseason.
Having been in education his entire career, he also understands that true success in high school athletics is not just about wins and losses, but building relationships, learning important life lessons, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Coach Po has experience and knowledge in the NCAA recruiting as he was an Assistant Coach for a NCAA Division III College.

Coach/Program Defensive & Youth Coordinator
Lucas Fiorante
Coach Lucas is the current Head Varsity Girls Basketball at La Salle Prep in Milwaukie Oregon, where he graduated from in 2010. Prior to coaching at La Salle, he was the head JV Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach at 6A Cleveland High School in Portland, Oregon for seven seasons.
Coach Lucas is a defensive minded coach with a focus on skill development and technique. He believes that all individual skills need to have team success in mind, and that most lessons learned on the basketball court translate to life outside of the gym.
Assistant Trainer/Coach
Freddie Caoile
Coach Freddie is one of the most energetic and progressive coaches currently in youth basketball. He has over six years coaching and developing youth basketball players around the community.
He has helped two different AAU programs develop their youth and middle school teams. Coach Freddie's philosophy is to teach players to play harder than others, every play, every day. His goal is to provide quality coaching and basketball to the same community where he did not have the opportunity.
Strength/Speed/Agility Trainer and Coach
Logan Steelman
Coach Logan has spent the last seven years personal training various types of athletes and individuals who have goals to improve their overall health. He has guided his clients to reducing injuries, building strength, and improving athleticism.
With over seven health and fitness certifications, Coach Logan has continued educating himself to ensure he becomes a reliable coach and trainer. He transferred his skills into his passion for basketball, and his goal is to spread his knowledge to help youth athletes become strong and healthy players.
